𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 | ANDREW COWGILL The Capitals are excited to announce that defenceman Andrew Cowgill is returning to Cowichan for the 2026-27 BCHL season. He recorded five goals, 13 points and 23 penalty minutes from the backend during his first BCHL campaign last year. Welcome back, Andrew!

𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗘𝗗 | 𝗞𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘 The Capitals are excited to announce the signing of 2007-born forward Kristian Lacelle. The Saskatoon native joins Cowichan after recording 21 points (7G, 14A) in 51 games with the Humboldt Broncos (SJHL) last season. The 5-foot-9, 179-pound forward also brings 28 games of WHL experience with the Regina Pats and is a two-time SMAAAHL champion.
