The Cowichan Capitals are pleased to announce the hiring of Dave Hall as the organization's new Director of Business & Operations. A Cowichan Valley resident, he brings a background in arena operations, marketing, community engagement, and hockey journalism. He joins the Capitals with a passion for the game and a strong appreciation for the important role junior hockey plays within the community. Please join us in welcoming Dave to the Capitals.

The Cowichan Capitals have acquired forward Nate Crema (2006) from the Coquitlam Express in exchange for forwards Avery Johnson (2006) and Brendyn Van Oene (2007). A product of North Vancouver, Crema recorded 36 points (15 goals, 21 assists) in 54 games with the Express during the 2025-26 season. The 19-year-old has tallied 78 points (36 goals, 42 assists) in 144 BCHL games, all with Coquitlam. The Cowichan Capitals would like to thank both Avery Johnson and Brendyn Van Oene for their contributions to the organization's success during the 2025-26 season and wish them all the best with the Express.
