The Cowichan Capitals are excited to announce the signing of 19 year old forward Myles Gauld to the roster. Myles is from Calgary, Alberta and stands 5″11″ playing the wing. Gauld has been playing in the AJHL for the Bonnyville Pontiacs this season after starting the year in Camrose. This season in 42 games split between the Kodiaks and Pontiacs, Gauld has recorded 14 goals and 18 assists for 32 points.
He was named team captain in Camrose at the start of the season after 16 goals and 37 points in his rookie season in 2022/23. Gauld will wear number 20, and is joining the team this weekend for the lower mainland road swing. The Capitals take on Coquitlam tonight at 7:00 and visit Langley tomorrow at 7:15.
